I lost the device that installed Google Authenticator, how can I now access my account?

If you have saved you Bitglobal account and Google Code to a local file, or download the QR code, you can install Google Authenticator onto your new device as instructed.

If you don’t save any of the above information, and also activate login password & Google code verification when signing in into your account, please contact us at support@bitglobal.com to change your Google Authenticator.

If you haven’t activated login password & Google code verification when signing in into your account, you can choose “Account” at the “Menu” and change your Google Authenticator at your convenience.
